Pune (IN), February 2019 - To expand its footprint across Europe, Upside Learning has onboarded Vivek Iyer as AVP – Business Development. This will help Upside Learning to be closer to their clients in Europe and help to serve them better.

Vivek has extensive experience in the workplace learning domain. His strategic, hands-on approach in assisting organisations to understand, design, deliver, and improve technology enabled solutions has helped many clients achieve their desired learning objectives. He believes that he "does not know it all", and he likes "to listen more than talk".

Having worked with digital learning and technology providers in India and New Zealand for over a decade, Vivek has a deep understanding of learning challenges that the L&D community faces and knows how to innovate solutions to tackle them.
